In its decarbonation journey, ENGIE can rely on its Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) entity to enable the development of renewable assets, increase competitiveness and help its customers by developing new services to meet the challenges of the energy and climate transition.
In this context, GEMS designed and is rolling out its Sustainable Business Training program dedicated to its origination, sales and business development teams. We believe it is essential to spend time building awareness and knowledge about the whys and wherefores of sustainability to make a tangible change in our practices and business.
With the leitmotif “Balance for Nature. Balance for People. Balance for Business.”, this program provides an integrated perspective of what sustainability means for our energy business, presenting a 360° view from all stakeholders.
Its first objective is to raise the awareness/train our commercial community on climate change, sustainability basics, decarbonation solutions, market opportunities and sustainable business offers. The training also links ENGIE’s “know-how” and “soft skills”, to leverage the impact we can have to help our clients in their own decarbonation journey.
Throughout the four training modules, we aim to empower our commercial teams, raise awareness and move towards a profitable low carbon business with our customers.
We are open and happy to share with you our expertise around this program.
