ENGIE Global Energy Management & Sales proudly announces its recognition as Environmental Products House of the Year and Natural Gas/LNG House of the Year at the 2024 Energy Risk Asia Awards. This double victory shows our dedication to innovation and sustainability in both environmental products and natural gas trading across the Asia-Pacific region.
In the Environmental Products category, GEMS stood out for its efforts in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), and carbon credits. The opening of the Tokyo branch further cements GEMS’ commitment to supporting corporations in their decarbonization journey throughout Asia.
As the Natural Gas/LNG House of the Year, GEMS excelled in creating innovative trading structures and establishing itself as a leading global LNG counterparty in Asia. The award reflects GEMS’ ability to provide innovative low-carbon solutions, including expanding its low-emission gas and ammonia portfolios, as well as exploring opportunities in E-NG and green methane.
